About Dr. Andy Galpin

Andy Galpin is a Professor, Scientist, and Executive Director of the Human Performance Center at Parker University.

With a Ph.D. in Human Bioenergetics, Dr. Galpin has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and presentations, with a research focus on skeletal muscle physiology and human performance. He is a Fellow of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also coaches some of the world's most decorated athletes from the NFL, MLB, UFC, NBA, PGA, boxing, Olympics, and military special forces. Dr. Galpin is also a co-founder of Arete Lab, Vitality, Absolute Rest, and BioMolecular Athlete.

In addition to his academic and consulting work, Dr. Galpin hosts the podcast Perform with Dr. Andy Galpin, where he aims to help listeners better understand and maximize their health and performance. Drawing on his two decades of experience with top-tier performers, the podcast explores advanced tools, technologies, and strategies to help every human look, feel, and perform at their best.
